When disaster strikes its critical that you are able to report how the disaster damaged your property.
With DisasterTrack its as simple as 1-2-3:
Download the app - Apple or Android.
Enter/upload the information about your property.
We verify the information and confirm your registratrion.
Should disaster strike:
report that you have been in a disaster
upload images of the damages (we have a protocol for you to follow)
and we provide that information to the appropriate governmental agencies (routinely, city, county, and state). Your state then requests assistance from FEMA/SBA and all of the above will be able to access your information through DisasterTrack.
Once the initial emergency has subsided we can also be of service to assist you with registering with FEMA and if necessary we have former Federal Disaster Official experts who can assist you with applying for a Small Business Administration Disaster Loan.
The initial process really is that simple…and that important.
Establishing a “baseline” of your property ownership and location is critical. This is the key to the most efficient and effective processing of everything that follows.
“Baseline?” Why do I need that?
Because the most important factor in determining your property loss is establishing its condition BEFORE the disaster. We call it your “baseline.”

Seriously that’s it. Unless, of course, disaster strikes. If that happens, you will use our app to report your situation. We then provide it to the appropriate government personnel/programs, non-profit groups that you direct.
So you can do the one thing that most property owners don’t have when disaster hits a way to verify your property and its condition before the disaster.

WORKING SECTION UNDER CONSTRUCTION
First, use your smart phone to take photos of the front and back of your home, residence (if renter) or business. Just the front and rear for the basic registration.
Second, take a photo of the front and then the back of your official government issued drivers license or identification card.
Third, take a self image (make sure to have good lighting, clarity and positioning, we need to be able to easily match the image with your government issued identification. Remember, to protect you we compare the image and the data image to confirm we are communicating with you.
Fourth, fill out the information
