I'm trying to use Apple Maps on my Mac mini but it's saying that location services are turned off how do I turn them on
To get Apple Maps working on your Mac mini, you'll need to enable Location Services in your System Settings. Since the Mac mini doesn't have a built-in GPS, it uses nearby Wi-Fi networks to determine your location, so make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on (even if you are connected via Ethernet).

How to Enable Location Services
Open System Settings: Click the Apple menu () in the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings.

Important Tips for Mac mini Users
Wi-Fi is Required: Even if your Mac mini is plugged into a router via an Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi must be enabled for Location Services to work. Your Mac "scans" the names of nearby Wi-Fi routers to triangulate where you are.

Precise Location: In that same Location Services menu, you can click the "i" (info) icon next to Maps to ensure Precise Location is turned on if you want the most accurate directions.
System Services: If it's still not working, scroll to the bottom of the app list in Location Services, click Details next to "System Services," and make sure Setting Time Zone and System Customization are checked.

Once these are on, go back to the Maps app and click the arrow icon (usually in the top right or bottom left) to center the map on your current location.
Does the Maps app show your correct location now, or is it still giving you that error message?
