DisasterTrack’s two main components:

Part 1:

Registering home owners, renters, small businesses, community members, HOA’s, and entire communities including tribal communities.

Part 2:

Providing real time image - think Google Earth where our clients literally go to the map and zoom down to the street level where they can see images of the damaged property. The baseline image of how it was before the disaster and the current images immediately after the disaster.

Our program from the 30,000’ level:

The registration to create a data baseline with high quality verification before a disaster is the key component of this program. We do believe we will get to Part 2 and we believe that partnering organizations will bring us to that level. But its super important to recognize that Part 1 is the most important component.

Our focus is to obtain baseline information from homeowners, renters, small business and local communities.

Baseline information is the following:

Name; address,; self image; front and back image of their government issued identification; real property, or personal property (renter) or business property (commercial), etc. We verify the information and once satisfied confirm registration with our client.

Should they become a disaster survivor they would come to our website/app and provide images/reports on their situation.

We would then compile and provide the information to the appropriate entities.

Our program is based on our extremely confidential registration service to our clients. We never share, sell or communicate their information outside of what they specifically authorize in writing should disaster strike. They authorize us to provide the information to specifically identified governmental, private, non-profit and if they elect for profit companies such as their individual insurance company.

The goal is always to clear the way for them to obtain disaster assistance as rapidly as possible.

Online communication:

Website - primary online presence - DisasterTrack.com: Registration, information, and disaster notification will route through the website (Squarespace) which can handle surges of hundreds of thousands of visitors. Our initial expectation is Squarespace will be among our partners. Our current online systems provide for 60 to 70 of the technical applications for this program. We will also integrate “wrap around” mobile applications offered for free through both the Apple and Google stores.

Online chat:

We will be providing live online chat in at least 50 languages. This service will be in operation 365 days.

Our chat operators will be full time core group of 50 persons divided into teams 8 teams of 5 persons each with a lead and two managers an assistant ops manager and an ops manager. They would be responsible for the United States and its territories.

From the outset we intend to obtain chat operators through physically challenged Veterans programs working with individuals who would significantly benefit from employment they could fully engage from a home office (burn survivors are just one example). We would also be working specifically the hearing impaired who are uniquely able to operate in a text only environment. At the same time we would be engaging a range of systems that would allow for “voice" chat systems to support those who for whatever reason are not able to type/text with their smart devices. We would place a priority in working with various indigenous organizations to develop online support personnel who would be able to “talk” with their tribal members and understand the unique situations that those disaster survivors might be operating in.

Note: Our program will effectively be deployed globally from the outset given the fact that our website is accessible online. However, our focus is full program establishment in the United States first. From there our rollout focus will be partnership based with those area’s most interested in partnering with our programs.

Our program is based on the extremely confidential registration of our clients. Should disaster strike that information can clear the way for disaster obtaining disaster assistance.
